No matter which type of bioenergy plant best suits your operation, the system is built around our combustion equipment. At the heart of the system is our robust and proven moving grate technology. Through controlled forward motion, the fuel is gradually transported through the furnace and efficiently combusted in several zones.
In the final stage, the ash undergoes complete combustion before being automatically transferred to the ash container. Primary and secondary air are introduced in parallel to optimize the combustion process and maximize energy output.
The hot flue gas generated is then used to produce the energy form that best matches your process requirements – whether it be steam, hot water, or thermal oil.
