Key System Components
Combustion Furnace for Biomass
A robust and proven solution for moist fuels such as bark, sawdust, and forest residues. The furnace is air-cooled and equipped with a combination of moving and fixed grates for efficient fuel handling and combustion. Optimized primary and secondary air supply maximizes energy output.
Hot Water and High-Temperature Water Boiler
Three-pass boiler with vertical flue gas tubes, designed to integrate seamlessly with our combustion furnace. Built according to the latest technical standards and rigorously tested. The construction ensures long service life and high reliability.
Automation & Control Systems
Fully Automated Operation
All plants come equipped with automatic systems for:
- Combustion control
- Ash removal (under and in front of the grate)
- Flue tube cleaning (with compressed air)
Operator System
- The plant is controlled via operator PC or panel, depending on plant size
- Remote monitoring and control allow for optimized operations
- Certified safety in accordance with PED Module B + D
- Complete control systems for the entire heat plant or boiler house can be delivered
